I had a concern and the provider just brushed it off and told me to ask another provider that has nothing to do with the problem. Like she didn't care.

I was extremely satisfied In every way with the care that Helen gave me.

Helen gave me ample time to detail my concerns which she gave thoughtful consideration & a purposed plan of treatment.

I appreciate the valuable time Helen spent taking care of Carol's issues. We realize management wants everything done in 15 minutes to 20 minutes but that is not practical or good business with elderly people and their family.
