Dr. Shi has been my primary care doctor for more than a year. He spends time with me and I never feel rushed. Dr. Shi is very responsive on MyChart app.

Dr. Jay Shi is incredibly attentive. He is completely transparent about his diagnostic process and it feels like he truly cares about my health and well being. I really appreciate is holistic approach, including diet, exercise, sleep, further testing, and finally medication. He is an excellent doctor.

Dr Shi is simply the best! He is more than just a "5", or "Very Good", he is a 10/10 100% of the time and is extremely excellent in every capacity. Over the years I've gotten to know him well and I feel like he has gotten to know me, I have become comfortable telling him anything and everything, and he has only ever encouraged me to be the best version of myself. Incredibly compassionate and sincerely cares for the best outcomes of his patients, and ensures no stone is left unturned. He presents different options, when applicable, and gives you a voice and a choice in the treatment you decide to pursue. I can't say enough good things about him! He adds so much value to your practice so I think you should give Dr Shi a raise STAT!
