Dr Chow was very helpful about discussing my condition and my options. He explained what both options entailed and what I should expect from them. He took his time with me and did not rush me to make a decision.

Dr. Chow had a wonderful bedside manner. He was kind, unhurried, and answered all my questions. I have already recommended him to my physical therapist!

Care provider addressed my questions and concerns, and took the time to explain. He did use some medical jargon and diagnostic terms I did not understand. I would have liked for him to slow down and use laymen's terms to ensure my understanding.
