I was very happy to have a provider that was willing to listen to the things I was not only needing help with but just needing more information on. We went over several things and I never felt rushed, and she was willing to spend time going over each concern I had. She did a wonderful job explaining things, including me in the options, and giving me extra info for everything we went over, as well as giving me a written list on my after visit summary so I could refer back to it later. It's hard to remember things after you leave the office sometimes so I really appreciated that. Very happy to feel seen and heard and understood!
