I normally don't ask for much of his time. But today I did and he Solent plenty of time with me and answered above and beyond what I was looking for. Made me that much more comfortable.

Dr. Phillips did not understand my issues. Everything was his way or the highway. He was not living the mission, vision, and values. I left there crying and he was not concerned and did not show any empathy. I was just a number to him and not a person. I will never go back to him nor recommend him. He just wants to get the numbers and not connect with the patient

I'm not sure there is a way he could be better. I feel like his VIP patient every time I go. He takes time to hear anything I need, and has conversation that would help me mention anything I didn't feel was important. Hands down the most comfortable I've ever felt at a Dr office.
